Great atmosphere created by its open and independent structure allowing all levels of teams to be involved in great projects.

Cons

Needs more woman at the top! Can be too silo'd and better interaction between departments and business lines could be achieved. There does seem to be a push to improve technology and web presence but it still feels a little behind the curve.
