coworkers are willing to work together in resolving estate issues. We were given proper training for continuous learning in the field.

Political. Race could also be an issue as higher management prefers someone who is of the same race for development and career advancement .

Free hand given to work on - gives lot of opportunities to grow and learn. Flat organisation structure - provides access to the top management - in process helps to learn Good people all around - healthy and constructive High emphasis on quality than quantity.
