Amazing community, mostly really nice people, strong company brand, image, place in market and ethos, room to grow and try other things, you get really comfortable there, you are well taken care of, the company is very supportive of interests outside of the company, it feels like a family

Cons

salaries not the best, profits of the business not so evenly and fairly distributed, not the best forward, proactive planning, more reactive

professional, experienced & knowledgeable workforce. Support & development opportunities. pay well and good bonus

Cons

Clear divide between departments for the majority. Business Heads may occasionally interact with other senior management but there seems to be few opportunities to network, whether it be professional or social.

Knight Frank has an amicable culture, which makes it a nice company to work with. Most people could strike a balance between life and work. The management is supportive.

Cons

One of the biggest cons is its undesirable compensation & benefits compared to its competitors in China. Therefore it's very difficult for Knight Frank to retain talents and attract best people.
