Good colleagues who turned to be friends and will treasure for life. More opportunities for career growth and broad networking chances. Bosses are hands on.

Cons

Bad management, HR is unproffessional and inefficient. Too much work place gossip that personal stuffs are crossing the line. Personal friends of the management have more advantage than the guys who are really working hard.

Poor middle management and not supportive support. Too much is spent for new inefficient ideas. ment in London is encouraging and leading indeed. Local offices are too different to compare. Russian one is probably not the best performer.
