Trust in me despite my age. They brought me to all meetings with PE firms and other investors.

Cons

Not a very numerical approach. They lack specialist people with good data analytics perspective. They think the business will be profitable forever despite disruptions.

A good place to start learning for fresh but be prepared to leave after a year or two as there is hardly any career progression and pay increment is bad too.

Cons

Conflicts within departments and BUs resulting having too much paper works and many time wasting SOP (no trust)
