Pros

A good company to have an interview with as you get many tips to improve your performance. Well known company, industry recognised and offers excellent rotations on the graduate programme.

Cons

The HR assistant was very rude about not going to a “top tier” university for real estate. She was very insulting by stating that only Reading Uni and Cass Business Students are hired in the firm. The assessment day is poorly structured and very harsh to people who have the potential to succeed in the role but cannot handle a 8 hour rigorous day. Give all people a chance, it seems that the environment is very clicks and only hires privately educate or Caucasian people.

Pros

Good colleagues who turned to be friends and will treasure for life. More opportunities for career growth and broad networking chances. Bosses are hands on.

Cons

Bad management, HR is unproffessional and inefficient. Too much work place gossip that personal stuffs are crossing the line. Personal friends of the management have more advantage than the guys who are really working hard.
