Pros

More opportunity than you would think to create both ambitious and beautiful work that sets the firm apart from its competitors. The top tier of management is open to new ideas and approaches. I found it to be an environment where, if you could sell your idea, the firm would fund it. I had a great time there and would go back in a heartbeat.

Cons

The partnership structure can be a bit difficult to navigate, but once you demonstrate that you can actually add something it gets a lot easier.

super friendly staff and overall learnt a lot of life long lessons. st johns wood also is extremely nice.

Cons

I was only working there on Saturdays and so would have maybe liked to do abit more.
