There are some lovely people working there - shame most of them are not appreciated and happy working there

Cons

Management is a joke. Culture of bullying and racism that stems from Higher management! Staff rotation is excessive as people are not able to handle the pressure. I myself decided to remove myself after suffering daily chest pains caused by stress (it went away after removing myself from this toxic environment)! AVOID working there if you care about your wellbeing!

Pros

- Had wonderful ex-colleagues - lots of courses for improvement of staff knowledge

Cons

- lots of office politics at senior management level, who somehow took things with personal agendas leading to lots of staff leaving across various levels. - would rather lose a staff than to let them transfer to other divisions. - salary increments were slow and salary scale is on the average side - staff promotion is also quite rare with the company preferring to take fresh graduates into management level than to promote from the existing pool of staff. - bad pay masters especially when you have served your resignation notice. (which goes against the Employment Act here).
