Good place to start your career

Pros

Great company benefits such as season ticket loan, pension scheme and gym membership. Good social events such as Day of Giving.

Cons

The company does have a perception of being snobby and rude. Senior management do not value staff, especially employees at lower and entry level. It can be an intimidating and unwelcoming atmosphere to work in. There is also a very high turnover at the business.
