Brilliant group of peers. Possibility to move within the company.

Cons

Severe lack of diversity. In terms of progression, being the right sort of person (hunting, shooting fishing) often more important than being exceptional at your job. Not enough room for progression as an administrator. Salary is not benchmarked so people doing the same job can be on vastly different salaries.

Very replaceable women are secretaries and men are estate agents There no room for progression if you work in the administrative departments unless you want to become an estate agent
