By far and away rather best place that I have ever worked, and hopefully will ever work. A flat organisation, which is open to ideas, and encourages entrepreneurship.

Cons

Sometimes not global enough in its outlook, but has made great strides on this over the past few years.

People and culture at Knight Frank is what has made me enjoy my time at Knight Frank so far. Whilst the property industry is a long way behind in term of inclusivty and diversity I feel Knight Frank are making huge leaps in trying to improve this and are leading the way in the industry.
