Great Learning in terms of people management and client coordination Reputed clients adding value to your CV Oppurtunity to build network; clients and contractors

Cons

No work-life balance at all: no fixed working hours 6-day work, 7th-day work unofficially, late-night work as well Weekend off becomes a dream as most of the works at client occupied sites happen in the weekend. Difficulty in taking leaves or availing compensation offers. Immediate managers expect you to work hard overtime as well. Over utilized resources due to growing wing and competitive offers given to client to win projects from other competitors, and also because of multiple projects happening simultaneously.
