It is like a family knitted culture as the office is not huge hence everyone is able to mingle with one another despite of being in a different department.

Cons

Lack of career progression. The salary remuneration is uncompetitive and little growth in career wise. There is also lack of support even though we are encourage to work with other departments.

- Enrich industrial knowledge - Many colleagues are veterans willing to impart knowledge and skills - Spotting new market opportunities - Be part of a leading global brand - Limited autonomy to initiate new ideas (but slow in obtaining approvals) - Good if you like to "work to rush, rush to work" as proposals can sit around for weeks/months before approval - Good department and company to join if you have no social life or family commitments

Cons

- NO WORK-LIFE BALANCE - department head laughs at that idea. - Over-promises other department requests, causing your overwhelming workload - Lack of feedback, despite constant requests - Poor management and leadership skills - Lack of defined scope of work. Limited autonomy to find your own scope, but it takes months to get anything going
