      Little room for job growth as most Head of Departments have help the positions for over 10 years.

      Good for Fresher

      Pros

      They offer enough salary and it's pretty good for the freshers.

      Cons

      Lack of Training for the employees, training is one of the important thing that company could offer to it's employee and yet they're unable to provide but on the other side maybe because still pandemic. But I'm looking forward to attend training.
