      Excellent Brand and overall market presence.

      Cons

      Regional Partners do very little to contribute towards the firm. One in particular in the South West of London is possibly the worst manager/ motivator of people I have ever come across. Management by fear with very little knowledge of how to effectively run a division or in fact speak to another human with courtesy & manners. has lived off the hard work and excellent results of other people in the division for far too long. Out of this depth is a phrase that springs to mind.

      Sorry but I don’t think there’s anything good about working at this company.

      Terrible culture, aggressive HR, and very poor feedback system. Do NOT work here

      Pros

      Nothing positive in the department.

      Cons

      High turnover (1 left within 3 days without serving notice, 2nd left within 2 months & another left within a month) in Knight Frank Property Network Pte Ltd due to bad mgmt, abusive & poor ownership of colleague. Not a condusive environment. Age group in the department is from late 40s to close to mid 60s & they don't welcome new comer especially if your are much younger than the rest.
