supports individual decision making can be well paid if you deliver results

Cons

huge staff turnover easy to steal credit for hard work from others not very interested in long term fee income businesses huge and unresponsive bureaucracy eg. legal dept costs out of control poor investment in technology/systems proprietary partnership model broken - terrible for women, promotes nice but dim young/middle aged white blokes, senior partner is always compromise candidate

Pros

Good colleagues. Excellent office location. Working environment fairly comfortable. People are generally helpful. Good stepping stone to real estate industry.

Cons

Salary not competitive. Some firewall between departments. SME management style tend to micromanage, top to bottom approach. Perpetually on cost saving approach! Hence very budget and lack of resources.
