International name, experienced staff, central location.

Cons

Bosses rather than leaders, longer hours expected than most Dublin firms, tense working environment, always felt like you were being monitored, poor work/life balance (even a once off need to leave early for an appointment/meet/match, expect annoyed response), working from home (even occasionally) not an option.
