      Company makes effort to create fun opportunities outside of work (sailing, workshops, community activities, etc) Work hours very consistent Good colleagues - people overall are quite friendly and helpful

      Traditional environment: rigid HR, hierarchical structure The way people brown nose to upper management is quite off putting. No work from home
