Pros

None, not worth it for me

Cons

During my time at knight frank, I was exposed to a range of experiences that have significantly shaped my professional outlook. While I was initially excited about the opportunities the position promised, several aspects of the work environment proved challenging and detracted from the overall experience. Workload and Expectations: The volume of work at Knight Frank is, frankly, overwhelming. The expectations placed on employees far exceed what can be reasonably managed within a standard workweek. This not only impacts work-life balance but also contributes to a perpetually high-stress environment. While a fast-paced environment can be invigorating, the lack of support and unrealistic deadlines set by management made it unsustainable. Team Dynamics and Support: Another significant challenge was the company culture, which I found to be unsupportive and at times, openly toxic. Collaboration and team support are essential components of a productive work environment, yet they were markedly absent here. Feedback, when provided, was often critical without being constructive, and opportunities for professional growth or mentorship were minimal. Management and Communication: Effective communication and strong leadership are crucial in navigating high-pressure situations, yet there seemed to be a disconnect between management and staff. Decisions were often made in isolation, with little to no input from those it affected most. Additionally, the lack of transparent communication contributed to a feeling of uncertainty and instability within the team.
