Pros
The majority of Kmarts customers are very nice. My experience with requesting time off has been very good. I have never been denied.
Cons
Training????????None......... Feedback on performance????????None Respect or Support from Managers?????????None Communication, big joke...None It could be a better place to work or shop if they would just take the time and invest in the employees that are competent, eager to learn and willing to apply that knowledge. They won't fire you for personal phone calls at work, chewing gum, texting all day long, horrible personal hygiene, they won't even fire you if they have to explain to you 6 times a day for 3 months the correct way to do your job.
