No recognition, in the case of my store it's according to whether you are a favorite who gets away with anything you can treat customers badly, you can or cannot show up to work, you can or cannot do your job it just doesn't matter if you become a favorite. if you just come in do your job well and go home then you get stepped on overlooked. You get no hours when budgets get cut, but the favorites who never do their jobs get all the hours, once they get you into the position they want you, you have no hope of going up the ladder anymore, they stall you there and that's it nothing more for you. The pay stinks, I make less than $10 an hour and am upfront lead and key carrier, electronics dept manager makes more than I do and is full time which I am not and they will not let me be full time. I have more responsibility than the electronics manager yet I make a whole lot less money. I would recommend working else where if you have the opportunity.

poor pay, very boring job, don't expect alot from workers, and many of the managers sit in the office on the computer but get mad constantly.
