Pros

Good for the experience. Good hours are given when available. Some very friendly associates and some of the store leads are also extremely dedicated. Friendly managers when they want to be.

Cons

Minimum wage and pay freezes. Supposedly, raises are given on a two year basis. HR claims that the availability you are hired with is the one that is set in stone. Not very many opportunities to advance unless you are one of the few that are favored.

people i work with are great the pay is good and the benefits are real nice since i have a big family

Cons

very long days a lot of meetings that i feel were not really needed we never got any bonuses which i felt was not right
