Fun work environment fun people to work with hours were some what reasonable.

Cons

When transfered to a new store was told that I HAD to go down to minimum wage even after being a manager for a year and being with the company for 4 total years.

The associates mean well and really want their store to succeed. Management does the best they can with the scraps they're given.

Cons

Understaffed. Underfunded. Trapped in an 1980s retail mentality.

Pros

Employees mostly are very nice. Management tries to be lienient and help out the best they can. It's a safe environment and overall an easy place to work.

Cons

Shifts are four to six hours long. No one gets over thirty-two hours a week. You will get paid bi-weekly and you start off making minimum wage. Raises are out of the question. Training for any department is strictly on the computer and then you will be just thrown out to the floor. Hands on training does not exsist for anyone except cashiers.
