Pros

It is an easy job consisting of helping customers find items and checking them out on the cash register.

Cons

The pay is minimum wage and at that rate it isn't worth the stress. Managers act like they are paying you $30 an hour and are constantly pulling you away from CUSTOMERS to have you do their work.

Pros

The job has very flexible work schedule for part timers which is great for college students looking to make a decent pay check. Basic hospitality, merchandising, and inventory training is is also included which are resume building qualities.

Cons

Once you move past cashiering and into a specific department, the workload begins to outweigh the pay grade. At times, the store can also seem understaffed for no reason. Running 2-3 departments by yourself is no fun at $8.00 an hour.

Pros

They offer 30 to 1 hour break, and also you can submit when you are not available prior two weeks before the event. The discount offered is pretty basic since it give 25% off in food 15% in clothing and 10% in everything else but not available in sale items, discount, or price drop items. The other department members are really fun.

Cons

Keep out a eye for the stuck up "Leads" ,your the assistance Managers, and you manager; they always have their favorites and you will see it right away. Most the time the service desk is your best friend since no one else can help you. Managers expect to make you work as a slave and be happy with minimum pay with no raises. You can only move up if your are friends with the leads or the managers.
