      - Great and skillful people to be around to learn from and socialize with. - Good name for the CV

      Cons

      - Unstable future as an employee, especially with the announcement that they want to reduce the personnel by more than 30%. - CXOs do not care about people's opinions, skills, or people in general. - Low salaries, even in comparison with smaller companies in Sweden. - No promotions unless you work on projects close to CXOs, where you can even get bonuses.
