Been here nearly 4 years and I'm at my fifth position and have come cross and worked with several departments within Klarna. I have also had an enormous salary growth when looking back to when I first started. A young and innovating company that always strive forward and want to be better and no.1 in our business. Its a company that gives you the opportunity to develop and grow both you as a person and in your career. Awesome kick-off parties, good company culture and around 50 different nationalities gives Klarna high grades!
Cons
Growing to fast and when things going great some people tend to relax a bit too much. When doing recruiting internally to higher positions the recruit could some times miss out some chief experience that is needed to get the full effect that you wanted, and some time we could need the effect faster.
