Underpaid and too much work with no respect given

-families were amazing -relationships built were sweet and lasting -curriculum sets children up for success when it is properly implemented

Cons

-lack of support from upper management -if you get a Center Director who doesn't care, you'll be miserable -Center Directors come and go as they please. -Center Director gets quarterly bonuses upwards of $1500 and are salaried close to double what you're making annually --- there is nothing for AD's or teachers who work just as hard (in our case, harder) than the Director. -pay is TERRIBLE -hours are TERRIBLE (you're basically working whatever the Director does not want to) -teachers who don't care and call corporate over everything (and add in made up things because they don't want to have to do their job or show up for their job) -no support from District Leaders. mine would enter the building and only speak to her "favorites" - disregarded AD and other staff unless she needed something or had a complaint from her favorites
