Pros
Working with the kids can be fulfilling and it feels good to be a mentor for them
Cons
understaffed so I was thrown into a class on my second day and left on my own to handle them. I received no training at all prior or after. Its very obnoxious to have the team leads constantly on your back for not doing stuff right or not managing your kids right when nobody has told you what the correct thing is in the first place. Ive been working there for nearly a month and I still dont have a solid ground on what Im supposed to be doing and the leads make you feel dumb for not knowing what to do. My manager is cool but not really involved unless absolutely necessary, the team leads are the ones handling everything and I am very unlucky with two people in their early 20's on a power trip.
