Pros

Admin team is great, school is beautiful and has extensive resources, NAEYC accredited, plenty of opportunities for career advancement.

Cons

Teacher turnover is through the roof, admin team is sometimes too cautious due to fear of being sued. CCLC and KU are huge companies and the corporate culture and curricula are bland.

The teachers in the center were close knit and friendly with one another. Fun activities for professional development day Huge Center

Cons

Not very flexible when trying to request days off 2 teachers per classroom is not enough Very hard to step out of classroom due because you cannot break ratio Low retention rate for teachers
