Child Care discount, amazing teachers

Cons

leadership preaches "engagement" but doesn't really care about their employees. Very bottom line driven, for example tracking every minute of labor to try and cut costs even when a center is beating their plan.

Good benefits and some nice coworkers. Good Heath and life insurance benefits. Nice sized classroom. Nice parents. The children were sweet, although I had severe behavior problem children too. No support from director.

Cons

They want you to conform to their rules and regulations, VERY little room for creativity in the classroom. Staff meetings were all about how we would be written up or fired if we broke any of their hundreds of rules. You were encouraged to tell on your coworkers if not you would be fired. Curriculum very outdated. The director confided to me that the company only cares about $$. Be prepared to have severe behavioral problems in your classroom.
