Pros

I have been working with the company for over four years and throughout my time have had the opportunity to learn and grow. If you are looking for a career with upward mobility, and leadership who truly cares for your personal and professional development, then this is the place for you! Top notch curriculum, talent, and benefits offerings!

Cons

I can't think of a single negative experience

Pros

- The children - Company credit card is has flexible spending for necessities. - Meetings and trainings always have food

Cons

- Stressful work environment - Little to no support to solve elongated problems - Upper management puts more stress on revenue numbers than quality of care - Does not put children first - Low retention rates for teachers and other directors. This causes instability at the centers, especially with the parents.

Labor hours are whats important

Pros

If you are a favorite it's a pretty good place. The children are great.

Cons

Directors are too young and know nothing about children. I don't think they have any. Favoritism is a big problem. The assistant director has a chip on her shoulder and the director is always hiding somewhere on the phone. Children get moved around to save labor hours. People have worked there for 5+ years and still do nothing with kids. They can just stay upfront and chat. The directors are mean and treat the employees unfair. Favoritism is a problem.
