pay is not comparable, programming is not consistent, management is not about their employees

-Each department goes through a re-organization about every 1.5 years and employee turnover is high -Recently eliminated all of the legal team and most of the marketing team in favor of outsourcing services (we've seen how unsuccessful this went for the IT team: IT was outsourced to a company outside of the U.S. years ago, and now employees have to wait 1-2 weeks for help desk resolution). Center operations has gone through a re-org 2 times in the last year. -Some members of the executive leadership team are in it for themselves and will throw others under the bus for their own advancement
