Just the pay and benefits.

Cons

There is no such thing as a schedule.They tell you that you will get off at a certain time, but you never do. If you request to have a day off, you are "punished" by having to work open to close for the days that follow. They don't want to pay overtime, so they force 2 hour (sometimes longer) lunch breaks to ensure that your day is long, but your paycheck doesn't reflect it. They do not put children first. They constantly shift children around from class to class, and pack the classes as full as possible to increase profit.

Great atmosphere to work in. Friendly customers. Clean center.

Cons

Not paid well for the responsibility of taking care of the children and for all the work that we do. Management has favorites and let those favorites get away with a lot of things like Being late when everyone can see it and it's not fair to all the people who show up on time. Employee drama that is never delt with correctly
