Poor communications of management to teaching staff; a lack of support and understanding of management to teachers; an overturn of teachers staying on.

Relationship building is very much encouraged as is kindness and respect. They truly do care about the children and families.

Cons

Sometime the company talks out of both sides of its mouth. There are a lot of great plans and intentions but never enough time money or support to make them happen fully.

Have been a Child Care Provider for numerous Centers in my 30 plus years. Kinder Care education has been one of the best places that I have worked. Help to pay for further education. Kinder Care provides their employees with Medical, Dental, & Vision. Also vacation & personal time , plus paid holidays. Also a discount for Child Care .

Not having bathroom breaks unless you ask for one,
