The dedicated teachers that dont mind the low pay and do it for the passion

Cons

The double standards. The company does not do whats best for the children at all. Its all about cutting labor and making money. There is no support for directors and no work/family life.

Pros

The children and families. Benefits are okay but expensive if you add your spouse or family to it. Staff can be clique like but if you just focus on your job and not get involved in the gossip it’s alright.

Cons

Managers play favorites. They also blow off anyone that brings concerns to them. Unavailable managers due to always leaving early, out for 2-3 hour lunches with each other, etc. (you get the point)
