Pay is good, full time work, flexible with personal restrictions availability wise

Cons

The one I worked at. The director and her assistant were close friends and teamed up against the employees I worked there for a while and after 90 Days you get paid for major holidays. They never paid me for Christmas Day 2017 and New Years and they lied to the DSHS and on top of all that! The director erased all my credited hours off of the ADP app to avoid paying me. Not an honest company and I hope that dshs goes after them for lying

The job itself is tiresome, but easy to follow. The company has outlined lesson plans for each grade level, which makes teaching more simplified, and everyone is on the same page.

Cons

Managers are sometimes unqualified or have issues controlling how much power they have over employees.

The best part of my job is working alongside a dynamic teaching team that is ensuring the safety, security and education of young children. We all work together to ensure our children are learning through play, we model appropriate behaviors and we partner with families to make sure a representation of their home is apparent in the class. Staff gets to eat alongside students and the $100/wk tuition cap is a jewel!

Cons

I have no cons about this company. I foolishly had been apprehensive about taking on a role within this company due to prior media headlines but my school is truly incredible and it all starts with the leadership.
