Pros

There are no pros to working here

Cons

Low wages, long hours with no break. You need to pee? I’m sorry not right now. There is no set schedule. The pay is low and in a year and a half I have gotten to raises at all. The company just rolled out a new incentive bonus, but don’t fall for it. There is legit no good reason to work here. They work you to death and do not care. The directors are clueless.

We are so sorry you're having a negative time. Teachers are at the heart of everything we do -- because after all, we wouldn't exist without you! KinderCare ensures that our compensation remains competitive within the Early Childhood Education field, and we work hard to go above and beyond to support our teachers through a wide variety of benefits and programs. We think it's vital to build warm, welcoming workplaces to help our people thrive, and we are disappointed that has not been your experience. Please don't hesitate to reach out to Employee Support or the TA team here at kindercarejobs@kc-education.com if there is anything we could be doing to better support you. Thank you.

Pros

Casual dress code. Relaxed office environment.

Cons

Underpaid. Human Resources exists only to protect management, not to help employees. More pro-company propaganda than you might believe possible.

People are at the core of how we operate, and we strive to create positive work environments for all employees to thrive. We also love to celebrate our people and what they've accomplished. We are sorry to hear this was not reflected in your experience, and would like to hear more details on what we can do better.
