Pros

Pros: constantly busy so time goes by fast! Also if you love getting to know families then this is great

Cons

Cons: not enough pay, worked a ton of overtime due to short staffing and this caused me to be burnt out

-Structured learning environment. -FMLA, 401k, offers insurance, childcare discounts. -You have the potential to bond really well with co-workers given you have a certain personality.

Cons

-Extremely cliquey and unprofessional environment. -Management will try to sneak by with a ton of illegal things. -Whistleblowing goes nowhere even when HR and higher management (corporate) is involved. -Employees will never be fired, even when it comes to blatant child mistreatment. -Quiet firing is 100% a thing here and management will get everyone involved to make your life a living hell until you leave.
