Pros

The staff was nice to work with.

Cons

Food was the same each day. Management belittles staff and constantly speaks badly about them. All about the money and not the well-being of the children. It's a lot about the money and nothing else. Teachers have to pay for a majority of supplies needed. Working there was like being at a concentration camp and they wonder why teachers leave and enrollment is low. Place should be shut down. Classes are too big, but no assistants due to money.

Pros

Great resume builder for those pursuing a career in childcare. Good opportunity to work with infants to Kindergardeners. After one year they do offer 2 weeks paid vacation. They offer health benefits but I was able to find a better deal independently. Because they are a chain there is opportunity to transfer if for some reason you need to relocate.

Cons

Philosophy: children should only receive positive reinforcement = no consequences for bad behavior; No relationship with corporate leaders= no grace
