Any place where women are working together is a horrible place to be. I've never experienced a workplace where emotions trump professionalism--leave it to women, though. No wonder we get paid a WHOLE quarter less than our male counterparts. This company is all about money and enrollment and numbers; its not often about the kids. Teachers are simply instruments on the lowest tier on the totem pole and are treated as such. In addition, I would not feel comfortable putting my kids in this type of care after seeing how things actually go down.

In certain centers/not all, there is a huge lack of management respect towards employees and preferential treatment is shown. Certain rooms way over ratio while others sit under all day. Constant enrollment in rooms that have no more space for children; the kids are suffering because of this. Management bad talking employees to other employees. Even with many complaints from different people corporate does nothing. They perform fake investigations. If you have to sneak teachers into other rooms and shuffle kids when state or others come then you are obviously not abiding by regulations.
