Cons

People are guarded and you have to be careful of politics. Very little collaboration or incentive for collaboration between teams. Incumbents are very territorial, you will not be allowed to develop beyond a certain point.

Work Life Balance is great, especially if you have children. Non-management people are all very nice. Lawyers are pushed to breaking point. Lack of budget in key areas of the business.

Cons

No business direction or plan. Data is mostly incorrect and management won't allow the tools to fix them. No development of career or work position. Lack of career opportunities for business services.
