Highly supportive and inclusive workplace with excellent training and career progression. Great clients and opportunities to work on a variety of interesting cases. Good culture and collaboration between teams.

Cons

IT systems could be better but there's an upgrade in progress and it's no worse than other global firms.

Kennedys focuses on giving its staff a proper education. There are opportunities for people to get a good foundation and develop in their chosen practice area. There are good mentors across different practice areas to supervise and act as a sounding board to help you develop. Kennedys is a good firm if you are looking to become an outstanding lawyer.
