Pros

Good work life balance overall, there is a lot of flexibility and overall understanding of outside of work commitments . Everyone below partner level is generally very friendly and good work with it.

Cons

Nation wide growth has had some major growing pains, business services is understaffed and communication between offices is poor. Support staff are not recognized or rewarded. Partners are too concerned with internal politics to actually focus on work. Salary is average and capped for support staff.

Excellent people at Kennedys, very good business services employees, paralegals. Most Partners are very pleasant to deal with. An ambitious firm and looking to grow in Australia.

Cons

Some Partners aren't keen to socialise outside of work hours, some may have different views on certain emerging issues.
