Pros

- The people were friendly. - The work was interesting. - The status of the firm and the experience gained in the role helped me to more forward.

Cons

- Little to no support from management. - Case load over twice the size as originally advertised. - Poor salary (especially in comparison to other colleagues doing the same role with the same level of experience). - No holiday only flexitime - employees are expected to make up the time they have off as annual leave either before their annual leave or after. - Time recording targets and billing targets are unrealistic. - Managerial structure and organisation is poor. - Employees (in particular colleagues in admit areas of the business) were not respected.

Global presence, nice business services team and legal secretaries are nice.

Cons

Partners are hard to deal with all the time and being old school. Melbourne Partners in particular are hard to convince and very opinionated.
