Wellbeing day, PMI, good mat pay

Cons

Sudden and dramatic change in company culture with pressure from above filtering down. No recognition of hard work, time in service. Pay does not reflect output and competitors offer significantly more in terms of salary and package. Lots of regional recruitment making the London office quiet and lacking team morale. Little understanding for working mums and return from maternity.

Toxic management, workplace bullying. No constructive criticism. Even colleagues would be prepared to snake and throw you under the bus instead of trying to support one another.

Easy Transport links situated right outside the train station and some of the staff are amazing.

Cons

Extremely poor regarding mental health. Only offer an EAP service and raising that your mental health is getting worse only affects you instead of being supported
