Comparatively good worklife balance. Office is small and tight knit. Strong insurance, healthcare and PI practice.

Cons

Niche practice areas, little career progression. Most associates leave after 5-6 years. Compensation and perks are bad compared to firms of same size. Culture resembles more of a local firm.
