Pros

KW Realty has one of the best training program for new agents. They finally got a development coach in 2007 for new recruits because most new agents join a company and have no mentors to help them in the business. The management staff is knowledgeable, professional and patient. Their pay split is 70% to you and 30% for KW Realty until you reach $2,000,000 then it is 100%, which is pretty good.

Cons

Just like most 100% commission companies, there's a lot of "free" time because you are not selling a lot at first.

Pros

It is a commsion based enviroment with a scale that varies as you earn more for the individual brokerage. 70/30 untill you reach 2 mill in sales then you go to 100% plus fees

Cons

Generally very large offices with no real connection between you and the staff.
