Pros

Great training resources for supplementary skills, Culture amongst agents is friendly, national company with great values. Low monthly fees charged for the quality of resources.

Cons

Commission-only position with very little practical support from broker (may be specific to this office)-discouraging personal agent growth. High focus on recruitment instead of helping current agents get better on a deeper level. Quality Coaching available at a steep charge.

Very supportive enviroment. Lots of training available. They mean what they say and say what they mean about thier culture.

Cons

Commision split is a bit high, but they do offer a lot of support and educational opportunities. They have a much more open and collabrative/helpfull atmoshpere than other brokerages.
