Very easy work, not too much pressure to perform and no KPI’s or Performance reviews.

Cons

Very much A boys club where they promote and look after each other. Very selective Few do the hard work and I are never recognised for it. Management have the favourites and look after them well.

Old school management style. Immature, disorganized and unprepared Project Managers who don't communicate and make even the simplest of tasks difficult and stressful.
