Only 6 holidays, no holiday pay, even when you work. PTO for sick/vacation in same pool.

International company with bright offices and several benefits. Colleagues are nice.

Cons

Frequent reorganization. Tools are in change so the management of working objects can be in mess. Development processes are updated every year, fine designed, however, few people really follow them.
